　　高盛发布研报称，长和（00001）宣布与贝莱德-TiL财团达成协议，出售和记港口集团80%股权，预计该交易将为长和带来超过190亿美元的现金收入。该行指出，撇除今次交易未涵盖的和记港口信托、内地和香港的港口，今次交易中出售的港口资产于2023财年处理量达4，800万个标准箱，对全年收入逾21%，EBITDA贡献约118亿港元，预期潜在的190亿美元现金收入大致相当于长和上一个交易日的市值，预料集团2024年底资产负债比率将从约16.4%，转变为净现金状况。
