智通财经APP讯，中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，于2025年2月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约人民币132.00亿元，按年上升55.5%;而相应的销售面积约为65.27万平方米，按年上升53.0%。
2025年1月至2月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约人民币252.20亿元，相应的累计已售楼面面积约124.59平方米，分别按年上升32.8%及26.2%。
此外，截至2025年2月28日，中国海外系列公司录得已认购物业销售约人民币 70.86亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。
