Bread Financial Holdings (BFH) said Wednesday it plans to offer $400 million in fixed-rate reset subordinated notes through a private offering.
The company said it plans to lend at least $250 million of the net proceeds as subordinated debt to its Comenity Capital Bank unit, with the remainder to be allocated toward general corporate purposes.
