Intraco (SGX:I06) launched its 15th, 11th and 1st series of commercial papers in digital securities on the SDAX program, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The company issued 15th series of digital securities under the SDAX CP Facility Program in Singapore dollars for a tenor of 40 days at an interest rate of 4% per year.

The 11th series of digital securities in US dollars was issued at an interest rate of 6% per year while the first series of six-month commercial paper in digital securities for retail investors denominated in Singapore dollars was launched at interest rate of 4% per year.

Following the close of the offer, the SGD CP Series 015 bonds raised SG$13.5 million while the USD CP Series 011 bonds raised $5.3 million.

Meanwhile, the six-months SGD CP Series 001 bonds raised SG$0.8 million.
