智通财经APP获悉，益美国际控股(01870)跌超16%，低见0.105港元续创历史新低。该股昨日复牌高开低走，午后转跌逾5%。截至发稿，跌16.89%，报0.123港元，成交额809.97万港元。
消息面上，益美国际控股于3月5日午后突然放量杀跌，盘中最大跌幅达92%后触及停牌。当日晚间，益美国际控股发布公告称，经就公司作出于有关情况下属合理的询问后，除下文所述截至2024年12月31日止年度的估计年度业绩外，董事会并不知悉导致股份价格及成交量异常波动的任何原因。该公司预计2024年度纯利不超过500万港元，较2023年度的1860万港元减少约73%。主要由于集团永久吊船业务分部的分部溢利大幅减少，由2023财年约3800万港元大幅减少至2024财年的不超过1900万港元。
