智通财经APP讯，味千(中国)(00538)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币1.81亿元相比，预期集团截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占亏损不超过人民币4000万元。
董事会认为，集团预期取得公司拥有人应占亏损，主要原因如下：i)投资物业重估亏损。集团对持有的投资物业进行重估，受中国香港及中国内地物业市场情况影响，投资物业取得重估亏损。ii)餐饮业务盈利下降。集团的餐饮业务受到行业竞争加剧及消费者习惯改变的双重不利影响。传统堂食业务收入减少，外卖服务的需求比例提升，进一步推高营运成本，导致整体盈利能力下降。
