Nayax Raises $137 Million in Notes, Warrants Offering in Israel

Nayax (NYAX) said Friday raised 496.5 million new Israeli shekels ($137.1 million) through the sale of 486,291 units to classified investors in Israel priced at 1,021 new Israeli shekels per unit.

Each unit consisted of 1,000 new Israeli shekels principle amount of notes and three warrants, the company said.

Net proceeds of around 486.3 million new Israeli shekels will be used for debt repayment, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes, the company said.
