协合新能源附属公司与招商租赁达成2.77亿元融资租赁安排
3月7日，协合新能源（00182）发布公告，董事会宣布于2025年3月6日交易时段后，公司全资附属公司高邮聚合与招商租赁达成了一项融资租赁安排。根据该安排，招商租赁将向高邮聚合购买设备，购买价为2.77亿元，并将设备租回给高邮聚合，后者需按季度支付租赁款。
本次融资租赁的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此根据上市规则第14章构成须予披露交易。租赁期为14年，适用利率为浮动利率，首期季度租赁款的适用利率为3.65%。假设在整个租期内适用利率保持不变，租赁款总额将约为3.5亿元。高邮聚合在租赁期满后有权以100元回购设备。
公司表示，此次融资租赁安排是为了满足其日常业务运营的资金需求，董事会认为该安排的条款符合市场正常商业标准，且不会对公司的运营及管理产生重大不利影响。预计购置的设备将在2025年3月底前后支付。
