智通财经APP获悉，3月6日，叮咚买菜(DDL.US)宣布，董事会已授权实施股份回购计划，根据该计划，公司可在2026年3月5日之前回购至多2000万美元的股份。
在公司公布2024年四季度业绩后至2026年3月5日之前，公司可以开始实施该为期一年的股份回购计划。值得一提的是，此次回购计划也是在2024年1月29日公告的回购计划之后，再一次进行回购。公司表示鉴于对公司充足现金储备和现金流的信心，以及目前稳健的经营情况，公司预计将从现有现金余额中为回购提供资金。
叮咚买菜于3月6日发布了最新业绩报告，其已实现连续九个季度Non-GAAP标准下的盈利，并已连续四个季度实现GAAP标准下的盈利，收入也连续四个季度实现了同比正增长。2024年更是在GMV同比增长超16%的基础上，实现了全年全面盈利，多个核心经营数据表现亮眼。
有分析人士认为，这份新的回购计划，代表了叮咚买菜对自身业务发展与未来前景有着坚定的信心。
