John Wiley & Sons Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls

John Wiley & Sons (WLY) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.84 per diluted share, up from $0.59 a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.65.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 was $404.6 million, down from $460.7 million a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $401.1 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company said it expects adjusted EPS to be at the high end of its current range of $3.25 to $3.60. A single analyst polled by FactSet expects $3.40. Adjusted revenue is projected to be in the middle range of $1.65 billion to $1.69 billion. A single analyst polled by FactSet expects $1.67 billion in sales.
