平安人寿继续增持农业银行H股 所持股份占该行H股总数突破7%
港交所披露易最新信息显示，平安人寿于3月4日在场内增持4835.2万股农业银行H股股份，涉资约2.27亿港元。增持完成后，平安人寿持有的农行H股数量增至21.85亿股，占该行H股总数突破7%。
此前，平安人寿于2月17日举牌农行H股，所持该行H股数量占该行H股总数突破5%。这意味着，2月17日至3月4日，平安人寿合计增持近7亿股农行H股股份，以区间成交均价计算，合计耗资约32亿港元。
