量子之歌执行总裁施广强：激发银发企业活力，挖掘老龄人力资本
南方财经3月6日电，量子之歌执行总裁施广强表示，我国人口老龄化的加速势头将持续至本世纪末，发展银发经济既是必选题也是百年大计。
当前时期，我国银发经济虽已初具规模，但仍处于起步阶段，存在区域发展不平衡、供需对接不精准、产业链条不完善等问题，银发经济企业发展的韧性与活力有待进一步提升。
施广强建议进一步建立完善银发经济企业服务体系，继续制定出台促进银发经济高质量发展的若干措施，推动资金、项目、税收优惠、金融支持、人才服务等更多向银发经济企业倾斜。
同时以政策赋能开发老龄人力资本，支持、鼓励相关主体为有意愿、有能力继续工作的老年人提供全职、兼职、志愿者等多维度岗位，特别是推动银发人群在银发经济领域的再就业和社会参与，形成“银发人群服务银发人群”的新范式，促进全球最大规模银发群体的“老有所为”及自我价值的实现。
