Willdan Group (WLDN) said Thursday that it has acquired electrical engineering and construction management firm Alternative Power Generation.
Financial terms of the stock purchase agreement were not disclosed.
Willdan said the acquisition will bring expertise in data center substation design and construction management, microgrids, EV charging stations, and renewable energy projects.
Shares of Willdan Group were up more than 5% in recent trading.
