智通财经APP讯，望尘科技控股(02458)公布，于2025年3月6日，公司的间接全资附属望尘香港与FIFPro-CE订立集体授权及许可协议，据此，望尘香港同意向FIFProCE支付(其中包括)(i)于初始期限及╱或延长期内总额分别为450万欧元及300万欧元的预付款(视情况而定)及 ╱ 或(ii)所有产品总收入的10%作为许可费(如适用)，以利用FIFPro-CE于授权地域内持有的产品及可选新品的可分许可商业权利开发、发行及╱或分销若干产品。
作为回报，FIFPro-CE 授予望尘香港在全球范围内非独家且可分许可的权利，包括在产品中使用球员名字和图像、开发发行相关产品以及营销推广等。许可期限涵盖初始三年及可能的两年延长期，涉及《足球大师》《最佳 11 人 - 冠军球会》《最佳球会》等数字游戏及后续可能新增的游戏。
鉴于FIFPro-CE品牌在全球范围内积累了大量人气和粉丝，董事会认为凭借许可的大众吸引力，数字游戏有望在中国竞争激烈的数字游戏市场中赢得更多认可和受欢迎度，获得竞争优势。董事会亦认为，协议条款合理，且订立协议是与 FIFPro-CE维持长期合作关系以取得许可的有效方式，这将确保集团的业务可持续性及发展。
