YOHO WEST PARKSIDE首轮开卖119伙 至晚9时半已沽清
新界楼盘开售，新鸿基地产(00016)及港铁(00066)发展的天水围轻铁天荣站项目第2期YOHO WEST PARKSIDE，周三(5日)展开首轮销售，以价单形式出售119伙。销售流程由下午约3时开始，现场所见，准买家分批陆续到达港铁南昌站V Walk商场的售楼处，排队轮候入场。
截至晚上约9时半，是日出售的价单单位全数沽清。
而B组销售时段于傍晚约6时开始，该组别买家须进行即场抽签，到场登记的人数众多，一度筑起长长的人龙，场面热闹。据市场消息指，截至晚上约8时半，项目是日累计暂沽约81伙。中原陈永杰指，该行录得“姊妹花”客人，购入三伙三房单位，合共涉资约1,900万元。
据市场消息指，截至下午约5时半，今轮销售的A组时段已沽出约54伙。
销售安排上，今轮设A及B组两个时段发售单位。A1组买家须购入最少2伙但不多于4伙指定单位，A2组须购买最少1伙指定3房单位，B组买家可购入1至2伙单位。
资料显示，今日以价单形式出售的单位，折实平均呎价约11,103元。整批单位涵盖20伙一房，64伙两房及35伙三房单位，折实价介乎约302.5万至约1,075万元，折实呎价约9,670至15,720元。同日起会招标出售9伙。
