智欣集团控股预计2024年净亏损约7000万元
3月7日，智欣集团控股（02187）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的年度将录得净亏损约7000万元，而截至2023年12月31日的年度纯利约为1010万元。此次亏损主要归因于公司在预拌混凝土及预制混凝土构件业务上遭遇净亏损，尽管整体亏损幅度受到公司在回收铁矿石尾矿业务中获得的纯利大幅度抵销。
公告中指出，这些财务数据基于公司及其附属公司的未经审计综合管理账目进行初步审阅，具体业绩仍需进一步审阅并可能会有所调整。公司计划在2025年3月底前发布年度业绩公告，股东及潜在投资者在该公告发布后应仔细阅读相关业绩信息，以便做出明智的投资决策。
