美国芯片制造商安森美半导体公司（Onsemi）再次试图收购规模较小的竞争对手Allegro MicroSystems，尽管过去六个月里多次遭到拒绝，希望借此度过汽车芯片需求的长期低迷期。

　　安森美当地时间周三表示，对Allegro的每股报价为35.10美元现金，高于其此前在2024年提出的34.50美元的报价。

　　安森美表示，该要约对Allegro的隐含企业估值为69亿美元，包括债务在内。

　　安森美首席执行官Hassane El-Khoury在一份声明中表示，这笔交易“将把两家高度互补的企业结合在一起”。

　　汽车芯片制造商面临需求疲软，因为汽车制造商正在努力清理新冠疫情行期间积累的过剩芯片库存，而由于宏观经济背景不确定，买家减少了大宗采购。

　　安森美上个月预测，其第一季度营收低于华尔街的预期。

　　安森美的最新报价较Allegro周三收盘价溢价约31%。此项交易将要求安森美承担截至12月27日Allegro约5.07亿美元的债务。
