新浪科技讯 3月6日下午消息，中国AI产品Manus一夜刷屏，号称全球首款真正意义上的通用 Al Agent，能够独立思考、规划并执行复杂任务，直接交付完整成果。

　　据悉，Manus Al背后的创始人肖弘2015年创立夜莺科技，推出壹伴助手和微伴助手。萦绕在肖弘身上的还有一个更鲜明的AI产品——Monica，这是一款号称 All-in-One的AI助手。

　　天眼查App显示，Monica关联北京红色蝴蝶科技有限公司成立于2023年7月，法定代表人为冯琼花，由Butterfly Effect （Hong Kong） Limited全资持股。Monica运营方北京蝴蝶效应科技有限公司成立于2022年4月，由冯琼花、薛凤英共同持股。变更记录显示，肖弘于2023年3月退出该公司股东。

　　此外，肖弘名下还曾关联1家武汉夜莺科技有限公司，其于2024年12月退出该公司股东，融资历史显示，该公司获得4轮融资，投资方包括腾讯、真格基金、明略科技等。
