德国物流巨头敦豪（DHL）周四公布了今年裁员约8000人的计划，作为到2027年节省逾10亿欧元（10.8亿美元）战略的一部分。此前，该公司公布年度营业利润下降7.2%。

　　此次裁员占敦豪员工总数的1%以上，将发生在德国邮政和包裹部门，是该公司“适合增长”计划的一部分，该计划预计将在2027财年全面生效。

　　根据该公司的一份声明，敦豪集团在全球220多个国家和地区拥有约60.2万名员工。其德国邮政和包裹部门雇佣了19万名员工。

　　敦豪首席执行官托比亚斯·迈耶在一份声明中表示：“我们预计2025年全球政治和经济形势仍将动荡不安。”

　　敦豪2024年的息税前利润（EBIT）达到58.9亿欧元，高于公司调查的分析师普遍预期的58.1亿欧元。

　　该公司预计2025年营业利润将超过60亿欧元，低于分析师预期的62.9亿欧元。

　　敦豪表示，这一预测并未考虑关税或贸易政策变化的潜在影响。

　　该公司继续其投资者回报政策，提出每股1.85欧元的稳定股息，并将2022年启动的股票回购计划增加20亿欧元至60亿欧元，并将其延长至2026年。
