【环球网科技综合报道】3月6日消息，据路透社报道，美国旧金山地区法官特丽娜·汤普森于周二作出裁决，驳回了针对英特尔的股东诉讼。该诉讼指控这家芯片制造商以欺诈手段隐瞒其代工业务中的问题，导致公司裁员、暂停派息，并在一天内市值蒸发逾320亿美元。

股东在诉讼中称，英特尔拖延至去年4月才披露与其为外部客户生产芯片业务相关的2023财年70亿美元运营亏损，而这一亏损是在公司改变财务业绩报告方式后才公之于众的。

然而，法官汤普森指出，股东错误地将70亿美元的损失归咎于英特尔代工服务业务部门，并认为股东并未被误导相信该部门报告的结果“包括了整个内部代工模式的结果”。

股东律师周三未立即回应置评请求，英特尔也拒绝发表评论。汤普森表示，原告可能会提交修改后的诉状。

该案为英特尔公司证券诉讼案，案件编号24-02683，由美国加利福尼亚州北区地方法院审理。（鱼七）
