【环球网财经综合报道】据路透社报道，波音首席执行官凯利·奥特伯格（Kelly Ortberg）于近日向员工表示，公司需要一种更加开放的文化，鼓励员工跨部门畅所欲言和沟通。

奥特伯格指出，文化变革将提升这家拥有全球超过16万名员工的公司的士气，并且结果将在市场上显现出来。对于此，波音公司拒绝对他的言论发表评论。

值得一提的是，奥特伯格于去年8月接任CEO，他曾表示公司已经失去了其“标志性”地位，解决其安全和质量问题需要改变波音的文化。

奥特伯格计划根据2月份进行的一项员工调查结果制定一项行动计划，该调查收到了82%员工的回复。关于调查结果，他表示，“我认为这对领导层来说将是残酷的。”且当被一名员工问及如何培养更好的管理者时，奥特伯格表示，公司将“加强领导力发展活动”，并敦促管理者倾听并关心他们的员。

此外，波音2024年亏损近120亿美元，并一直在努力稳定其最畅销的737 MAX机型、787机型以及多个固定价格国防项目的生产。（南木）
