全国政协委员、吉利控股集团李书福表示，今年全国两会期间，会重点关注能源安全、环境、绿色可持续发展及教育等议题。李书福称，大力发展可再生能源是纵深推进能源革命、保障国家能源安全的重大举措。冀能建立符合中国国情的绿色甲醇和甲醇加注站国家标准，支持工业捕集CO2和氢气制取甲醇产业规模化发展，指导行业可持续健康发展，加快实现绿色甲醇的生态价值。
李书福指出，内地每年排放二氧化碳约80亿吨，高浓度二氧化碳中的十分之一利用合成绿色甲醇，可制备绿色甲醇约6亿吨，折算成品油2.7亿吨，既消纳工业碳排放，也可消纳大量的风光电，绿色甲醇规模化应用于商用车，以解决国家能源安全问题，及快速解决商用车减碳难问题。
李书福特别提到教育议题，表示应推进大规模因材施教及释放学生禀赋的教育改革，为学生提供多样化的教育路径和发展机会，注重全面发展的同时兼顾个性化培养，为拔尖创新人才不断涌现提供“沃土”。(ta/w)
