　　博雅互动发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩，该集团取得收益人民币4.57亿元（单位下同），同比增加15.8%；公司拥有人应占利润8.84亿元，同比增加654.2%；每股基本盈利133.1分，拟派发末期股息每股0.1064港元。另外，公司指出，董事会已对现行股息政策进行检讨及修订。根据新修订的股息政策，在未来四年内，公司将每年以不低于经营纯利20%的金额作为股息进行派付。而公司数字资产的增值收益及公平值变动将不再计算股息。
