京东健康与京东集团签署应收款项管理协议
3月6日，京东健康（06618/86618）发布公告，2025年3月6日，公司与京东集团签订了应收款项管理框架协议，京东集团将为公司提供应收款项管理服务，服务期限为三年，至2027年12月31日止。根据协议，京东集团将购买公司线上零售业务产生的消费信贷应收款项，价格为应收款项的账面价值，且不收取额外服务费。
协议规定的年度交易金额上限为：2025年13.9亿元，2026年23.4亿元，2027年29亿元。由于这些交易的最高年度上限计算的所有适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此无需独立股东批准，但仍需遵守上市规则的申报和公告规定。此框架协议将提升公司的运营资金效率，并利用京东集团的成熟管理基础设施。
