金吾财讯 | 芯片股延续昨日升势，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)涨5.77%，上海复旦(01385)涨4.48%，中芯国际(00981)涨3.49%，宏光半导体(06908)涨3.23%。消息面上，2月28日，2025玄铁RISC-V生态大会在北京举行。中国工程院院士倪光南在会上指出，开源模式有助于RISC-V构建一个包容、协同创新的全球化生态，成为芯片产业变革的新引擎。据悉，RISC-V被视为AI时代的重要开源架构。此外，今日午间有市场传闻称，中国将发布指导意见鼓励全国使用开源RISC-V芯片。中信证券看好电子板块3月的表现，但预计择股方向会逐步转向一季报业绩强劲、或主题更为明确且有行业趋势加持的方向，建议聚焦国产自立、AI创新方向。基本面角度，3月该行预计自主可控催化持续，看好先进方向的重资产端，晶圆厂扩产预期逐步明确，存储涨价预期和拐点渐明。该行建议：1）半导体Fab国产自立趋势持续强化，建议围绕先进制程产业链布局。2）半导体设备确定性增强。3）存储端供需改善开始预期涨价。
