路透社东京3月5日 - 日本 Trial Holdings 141A.T周三表示，将斥资 3826 亿日元(25.5 亿美元) 收购美国私募股权基金 KKR KKR.N控制的 Seiyu 连锁超市。
Trial 在一份新闻稿中说，它将利用现有现金和新安排的银行借款收购西友，使其成为全资子公司。
KKR 在另一份新闻稿中说，该基金于 2021 年从沃尔玛手中收购了西友 65% 的股份，然后又于 2023 年从乐天手中收购了 20% 的股份。KKR 表示，沃尔玛还将把 15% 的股份出售给 Trial。
