智通财经APP获悉，博雅互动(00434)绩后涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.1%，报4.35港元，成交额463.7万港元。
消息面上，博雅互动发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩，该集团取得收益人民币4.57亿元(单位下同)，同比增加15.8%；公司拥有人应占利润8.84亿元，同比增加654.2%；每股基本盈利133.1分，拟派发末期股息每股0.1064港元。另外，公司指出，董事会已对现行股息政策进行检讨及修订。根据新修订的股息政策，在未来四年内，公司将每年以不低于经营纯利20%的金额作为股息进行派付。而公司数字资产的增值收益及公平值变动将不再计算股息。
此外，博雅互动近期公告称，2月28日，集团进一步增持比特币(BTC)，以约795万美元购得比特币约100枚，购入成本每枚约79495美元(本次购买)。本次购买完成后，于公告日期，集团共持有约3350枚比特币，平均成本每枚约58627美元。值得一提的是，比特币现再度站上9万美元大关，市场当前聚焦美国白宫即将举办的首次加密货币峰会。
