星展报告预测，建行(00939.HK) 去年盈利将按年持平符预期，对比国家金融监管总局报告去年大型商业银行盈利按年跌0.5%。该行指建行去年首三季交出11%股本回报率，为四大国有银行中最高，料全年保持相若水平。
该行基于上调对中国利率预测，一年期贷款市场报价利率预测由减少50点子调整至减少30点子，上调对建行今明两年净息差假设2点子，预期今年净息差呈中单位数下降，反映贷款及存款再定价，并因而上调今明两年盈利预测1%。
该行又指，投资者主要忧虑建行高于同业的中国房地产业风险敞口，但中国财政刺激政策将支持楼市，预期物业价格逐步回稳，有利建行股价。该行把建行目标价由7元上调至8.8元，重申“买入”投资评级。(fc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-04 16:25。)
