智通财经APP讯，南方锰业(01091)发布公告，于2025年3月7日，公司间接附属大锰国际资源与广西大锰签订锰矿石销售协议。据此，大锰国际资源同意出售而广西大锰同意购买锰矿石。合约总价为人民币4300.43万元。
公告称，锰矿石销售一直是集团的主要业务之一。锰矿石销售协议乃集团于日常及一般业务过程中订立。广西大锰作为国有企业，在锰产业具有一定的产业地位和市场影响力。广西大锰一直是集团锰矿及电解金属锰产品的长期业务伙伴之一。锰矿石销售协议的签订，代表了广西大锰对集团锰矿石下游销售的持续大力支持，也标志着广西大锰作为公司主要股东对集团核心业务的信心。
此外，广西大锰的财务实力和广泛的融资渠道预计将降低集团的整体信用风险敞口，为集团与广西大锰之间业务关系的持续发展和深化提供坚实的基础。
