金吾财讯 | 建材水泥股走高，截至发稿，中国建材(03323)涨6.77%，华润建材科技(01313)涨4.58%，海螺水泥(00914)涨3.98%，西部水泥(02233)涨2.96%，华新水泥(06655)涨1.88%。消息面上，据中国水泥网，2月28日，全国水泥价格指数报收363.58点，环比上涨1.29%，同比上涨11.62%。招商证券指出，整体市场需求恢复偏弱，本周价格仍延续回落走势，但为防止价格持续回落，以及提振市场信心，价格推涨地区增多，表明企业稳价意愿增强，预计后期价格多将震荡企稳。国泰君安则指出，水泥供给端产能限制政策近期正式进入落地期，在错峰提价走向默契，需求波动有望收窄的背景下，板块吨盈利水平Q4环比和25年同比有望迎来实质性改善，供给侧优化落地预期增强。市值管理新政对权重和破净板块要求更为严格，水泥龙头相关度最高。
