智通财经APP讯，中国职业教育(01756)发布公告，继股东于2025年1月17日举行的股东周年大会上通过特别决议案批准建议更改公司名称后，开曼群岛公司注册处已于2025年1月28日发出更改公司名称注册证书，证明本公司已将其英文名称由“China Vocational Education Holdings Limited”更改为“China Science and Education Industry Group Limited”，并将本公司的中文双重外文名称由“中国职业教育控股有限公司”更改为“中国科教产业集团有限公司”，两者均自2025 年1月17日起生效，而香港公司注册处亦于2025年2月21日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证书，确认本公司根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16条在香港注册的新英文名称及新中文双重外文名称。
股份于联交所主板买卖的英文股份简称将由“C VOCATIONAL ED”更改为“CHI SCI&EDU IND”，中文股份简称将由“中国职业教育”更改为“中国科教产业”，自2025 年3月11日上午九时正起生效。本公司的股份代号仍为“1756”。
