金吾财讯 | 中国海外发展(00688)公布，于2025年2月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约人民币132.00亿元，按年上升55.5%；而相应的销售面积约为652,700平方米，按年上升53.0%。2025年1月至2月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约人民币252.20亿元，相应的累计已售楼面面积约1,245,900平方米，分别按年上升32.8%及26.2%。此外，截至2025年2月28日，中国海外系列公司录得已认购物业销售约人民币70.86亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。2025年2月，公司在郑州和北京共收购了两幅地块，权益建筑面积约166,642.52平方米。集团就相关土地收购的权益土地出让金约人民币21.13亿元。2025年1月至2月，集团收购的土地累计应占楼面面积约421,877.52平方米，累计应付的土地出让金约人民币91.86亿元。
