3月6日，中国海外发展（00688）发布公告，2025年2月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约132亿元，按年上升55.5%，销售面积约为65.27万平方米，按年上升53%。

　　2025年1至2月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约252.2亿元，累计已售楼面面积约124.59万平方米，分别按年上升32.8%及26.2%。中国海外系列公司2025年2月合约物业销售及相应的销售面积如下表：
