** Telehealth firm Teladoc Health's TDOC.N shares rise 3.5% to $9.35 premarket
** Teladoc Health and LifeMD LFMD.O say they have tied up with Gifthealth, the pharmacy partner of Eli Lilly's LLY.N direct-to-consumer website LillyDirect, to offer patients the weight-loss drug Zepbound
** Tie-up allows eligible members to gain access to single-use vials that can be delivered directly to their home
** Last week, Lilly began selling higher doses of Zepbound in vials in the U.S. at a $150 discount to the cost of the injector pen versions
** TDOC has fallen 37.5% in the past 12 months
