【李嘉诚旗下长和拟向贝莱德财团出售大部分港口 涉及巴拿马港口】金色财经报道，长江和记实业有限公司(00001.HK)4日深夜在港交所发布战略重组公告，宣布与贝莱德(BlackRock)牵头的财团达成原则性协议，出售其全球港口业务核心资产，包括巴拿马两个港口的权益。该财团成员包括贝莱德及其全球基础设施投资合伙企业(GIP)、地中海航运旗下码头投资公司(TiL)。 根据公告，长和拟向该财团全数出售持有的和记港口控股(HPHS)及和记港口集团控股(HPGHL)股权，二者合计控制着和记港口集团80%的全球权益。标的资产覆盖亚欧美洲23个国家的43个港口，涵盖199个泊位及配套的智能码头管理系统、全球物流网络等核心资源。 长和特别强调：其将保留中国香港、深圳及内地港口资产，包括盐田国际、香港国际货柜码头等战略资产。 和记黄埔集团由香港富豪李嘉诚创立，是一个庞大的商业帝国。其子公司Hutchison Ports PPC（又称巴拿马港口公司，PPC）自1997年以来一直运营巴拿马运河两端的关键港口——大西洋一侧的克里斯托瓦尔港（Cristobal）和太平洋一侧的巴尔博亚港（Balboa）。PPC最初获得为期25年的特许经营权，并在2021年续约25年。
