【国家金融监督管理总局：试点城市为北京市、上海市等18个城市】金十数据3月5日讯，金融监管总局在征求国家发展改革委、科技部、工业和信息化部意见的基础上，研究制定了试点城市、试点银行和试点科技企业标准。试点城市应科技优势资源集中、研发投入强度较大、并购交易和股权投资市场活跃，具体为北京市、上海市、天津市、重庆市、南京市、杭州市、合肥市、济南市、武汉市、长沙市、广州市、成都市、西安市、宁波市、厦门市、青岛市、深圳市和苏州市等18个城市，涵盖北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区3个国际科技创新中心和武汉、成渝、西安3个区域科技创新中心。试点银行应经营状况良好、公司治理完善、主要审慎监管指标符合监管要求、并购贷款专业服务水平和风险管控能力较强，包括大型商业银行、股份制商业银行和城市商业银行。试点科技企业应科研积累和创新能力强、技术改造需求大、科技成果转化及市场化前景广阔、信用记录良好。
