新浪科技讯 3月6日下午消息，京东今日发布了截至12月31日的2024年第四季度及全年财报。第四季度，京东集团营收为3470亿元，同比增长13.4%。归属于普通股股东的净利润为99亿元，2023年第四季度为34亿元。不按美国通用会计准则，归属于普通股股东的净利润为113亿元，2023年第四季度为人民币84亿元。

　　2024年全年，净营收为11588亿元，较2023年增长6.8%。归属于普通股股东的净利润为414亿元，而2023年净利润为242亿元。不按美国通用会计准则，归属于普通股股东的净利润为478亿元，而2023年净利润为352亿元。

　　京东集团财报显示，截至2024年12月31日止年度，本公司回购共计约255.3百万股A类普通股（相当于127.6百万股美国存托股），总额约为36亿美元。根据该新股分回购计划，本公司可在截至2027年8月的未来36个月内回购价值最高达50亿美元的股分（包括美国存托股）。（闫妍）
