碧桂园1-2月权益合同销售额45.6亿元，较去年同期下滑5成
3月4日，碧桂园控股有限公司发布2025年2月份未经审核营运数据。公告显示，碧桂园及附属公司连同合营公司和联营公司，于2025年2月单月共实现归属公司股东权益的合同销售金额约人民币23亿元，归属公司股东权益的合同销售建筑面积约31万平方米。
2024年2月，碧桂园共实现归属公司股东权益的合同销售金额约37.2亿元，归属公司股东权益的合同销售建筑面积约37万平方米。据此计算，碧桂园今年2月权益销售金额同比下滑达37%。
此前公告显示，碧桂园于2025年1月单月共实现归属公司股东权益的合同销售金额约人民币22.6亿元，归属公司股东权益的合同销售建筑面积约27万平方米。碧桂园今年1-2月权益合同销售金额为45.6亿元。2024年1-2月，碧桂园共实现归属公司股东权益的合同销售金额约为人民币92.1亿元，销售建筑面积约为93万平方米。这也意味着，今年前两个月，碧桂园权益合同销售金额较去年下滑5成。
据报道，近日，碧桂园集团公布了年度工作会议，集团董事局主席杨惠妍回顾总结了2024年的工作并明确了2025年的重点工作及未来发展规划。杨惠妍在会上明确了公司2025年的重点工作：上半年以保交房为主，近期首先是落实好节后的及时复工；下半年保交房和保主体并重，为2026年进入正常经营状态做好准备。
