金吾财讯 | 康宁杰瑞制药(09966)股价走高，截至发稿，涨超12%，报5.88港元，成交额1247万港元。。消息面上，3月4日，康宁杰瑞制药发布公告称，公司首次实现年度盈利，预期集团在截至2024年12月31日止年度取得利润不少于人民币1.5亿元，而在截至2023年12月31日止年度取得亏损约人民币2.106亿元。公告指出，公司在报告期内转亏为盈，主要源于三项授权合作和销售收入。日前，康宁杰瑞生物制药与石药集团共同宣布，HER2双特异性抗体偶联药物（ADC）JSKN003对比恩美曲妥珠单抗（T-DM1）治疗HER2阳性晚期乳腺癌的Ⅲ期临床研究（研究编号：JSKN003-301）完成首例患者给药。公司指，目前JSKN003治疗HER2低表达乳腺癌(JSKN003-302)、铂耐药卵巢癌(JSKN003-306)的Ⅲ期临床研究也在顺利进行中。东吴证券此前指，JSKN003是公司转型ADC首款产品，对标DS-8201。
