智通财经APP讯，火山邑动国际控股(01715)发布公告，董事会建议透过增设额外2亿股每股面值0.25港元的未发行股份，将公司的法定股本由1亿港元(分为4亿股每股面值0.25港元的股份)增加至1.50亿港元(分为6亿股每股面值0.25港元的股份)。待股东于股东特别大会上通过批准增加法定股本的普通决议案后，增加法定股本将于股东特别大会当日生效。
董事会建议透过供股，按合资格股东于记录日期每持有1股股份获发3股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份0.25港元的认购价发行3.54亿股供股股份，筹集所得款项总额最多约8840万港元。 假设公司已发行股本总额于记录日期或之前并无变动，且供股获悉数接纳，供股所得款项净额上限估计约为8680万港元。
