金吾财讯 | 港铁公司(00066)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度经审核业绩。期内，公司股东应占利润157.72亿港元，同比增长102.62%；每股基本盈利2.54港元，去年同期为1.26港元。董事局建议派发截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期现金股息每股0.89港元。
期内，集团总收入600.11亿港元，同比增长5.32%。
其中，香港车务营运的总收入同比增加14.3%至230.13亿港元。
2024年，港铁在铁路和巴士客运服务录得19.535亿乘客人次，按年增加3.0%。周日平均乘客量亦上升2.0%至564万人次。本地铁路服务的总乘客量达16.017亿人次，较去年增加0.9%。本地铁路服务的周日平均乘客量上升0.3%至468万人次。
2024年，港铁在香港专营公共交通工具市场的整体占有率为50.1%，与2023年相同。2024年港铁在过海交通工具市场的占有率为72.4%，而2023年为72.3%。2024年，来自香港车站商务活动的总收入增加4.4%至53.43亿港元，主要因为车站零售业务的租金收入上升。
2024年，物业租赁业务收入按年增加5.9%至50.76亿港元，主要来自公司两个新商场，即2023年下半年开业的“围方”及“THE SOUTHSIDE”的额外贡献，以及计入损益表的租金宽减摊销下降。香港物业管理业务收入为3.03亿港元，按年增加6.7%。
