路透社3月6日 - 英国《金融时报》周四援引未具名消息人士的话报道称，由于交付问题和错过最后期限，微软MSFT.O已经放弃了与云计算供应商CoreWeave达成的一些协议。
该报称，微软与CoreWeave签订了一系列持续合同，由数据中心为其提供计算能力，这一合作关系价值数十亿美元。
CoreWeave成立于2017年，为人工智能工作负载提供数据中心和高功率芯片的访问权，这些芯片主要由英伟达NVDA.O提供。
这家由英伟达（Nvidia）支持的公司与微软的Azure和亚马逊的AMZN.O AWS等云计算提供商展开竞争，为可能成为近期最大的IPO之一奠定了基础。
据路透社报道，CoreWeave在纽约上市时正在寻求超过350亿美元的估值 (link)，并有可能通过出售股票筹集超过30亿美元的资金。
英国《金融时报》援引一位知情人士的话说，微软决定放弃与这家云技术供应商的部分业务，与微软自身数据中心计划的广泛转变无关。
CoreWeave、微软和英伟达没有立即回应路透社的置评请求。
本周二，CoreWeave收购了人工智能开发者平台Weights & Biases，收购金额未披露，目的是扩展其云平台产品。
