　　卓航控股（01865）发布公告，于2025年3月4日，买方鹏高绿能新能源（广州）有限公司（本公司的间接全资附属公司）与卖方（张新业先生及郑梓健先生）订立收购协议，买方有条件地同意以代价收购且卖方有条件地同意出售销售股份，占目标公司（中山市五桂山建筑工程有限公司）100%股权。

　　于完成后，买方将拥有目标公司100%股权，及目标公司将成为本公司的间接全资附属公司，且目标公司的财务业绩将于本公司的财务报表内综合入账。
