和铂医药签署独家协议 收到相应首付款
3月6日，和铂医药-B（02142）发布公告，公司已根据与Windward Bio AG签署的独家授权协议，收到相应的首付款，包括现金付款及Windward Bio母公司的股权。此首付款的到账将进一步增强公司的现金储备。
根据公告，协议于2025年1月10日签署，合作方包括四川科伦博泰生物医药股份有限公司。尽管本次合作将为公司提供资金支持，但公告中也提到，公司的董事会并不保证最终能够成功开发或营销相关产品，因此公司股东及潜在投资者在交易时需谨慎行事。
