慧与科技公司（Hewlett Packard Enterprise，简称HPE）周四公布的季度和全年业绩指引低于市场预期，导致其股价在盘后交易中下跌了19%。

　　该公司表示，将在未来18个月内实施一项包括裁员在内的成本削减计划，预计到2027财年，该计划将节省3.5亿美元。

　　该公司一位发言人说，约有2500名员工将受到影响，如果考虑到预期中的自然减员，这约占员工总数的5%。慧与的最新年报显示，截至去年10月底，该公司共有员工6.1万人。

　　慧与预计截至4月底的第二财季调整后每股盈利为0.28至0.34美元，营收在72亿至76亿美元之间。接受LSEG调查的分析师此前预计每股盈利为0.50美元，营收为79.3亿美元。

　　对于2025财年，惠普预计调整后每股盈利为1.70美元至1.90美元。LSEG调查的分析师此前预计为每股2.13美元。
