全国政协委员、吉利控股集团董事长李书福在全国政协第二次全体会议上表示，在新旧动能转换过程中，应支持民营制造业企业加快数字化、发绿色化转型，为推动传统产业高质量发展发挥关键作用。
李书福建议坚守制造业阵地，稳固传统产业基本盘。支持企业数字化转型，巩固产业升级好势头。培育绿色低碳企业，提升产业发展“含绿量”。
李书福指，新能源汽车、锂电池及光伏产品代表内地绿色产业发展“新三样”，产业优势明显，国际竞争力强，是民营企业奋力开拓形成的中国经济增长新亮点，建议加大政策支持，巩固“新三样”优势，支持更多企业拓展绿色产业链，推动制造业向“绿”而行。(ta/u)
