3月7日消息，中国民间商会副会长，浙江吉利控股集团有限公司董事长李书福在全国政协十四届三次会议第二次全体会议上作大会发言时表示，在新旧动能转换过程中，应支持民营制造业企业加快数字化、绿色化转型，为推动传统产业高质量发展发挥关键作用。

　　李书福建议：一是坚守制造业阵地，稳固传统产业基本盘。二是支持企业数字化转型，巩固产业升级好势头。三是培育绿色低碳企业，提升产业发展“含绿量”。新能源汽车、锂电池、光伏产品代表中国绿色产业发展“新三样”，产业优势明显、国际竞争力强，是民营企业奋力开拓形成的我国经济增长新亮点。建议加大政策支持，巩固“新三样”优势，支持更多企业拓展绿色产业链，推动制造业向“绿”而行。
