中国海外宏洋(00081.HK) 公布，今年2月，中海宏洋系列公司实现合约销售额21.62亿元人民币(下同)及合约销售面积18.64万平方米，分别按年下跌0.7%及0.9%。
集团首两个月累计合约销售额43.68亿元及合约销售面积36.42万平方米，分别按年下跌3.8%及8.9%。截至2月底，累计认购未签约额3.66亿元及认购未签约面积3.42万平方米。
