** San Franscisco-based co, which offers GPS fleet tracking and wifi hotspot services, late Thurs posted Q4 rev and adj EPS above analysts' expectations
** For current qtr, it projected rev of $350-$352 mln and 5-6 cents/sh in adj earnings. LSEG estimates were $351 mln and 5 cents/sh
** Its full-year fiscal 2026 rev guidance of $1.52-$1.53 bln also came in near Street view of $1.53 bln
** Several brokerages cut their PTs, including Wells Fargo ($51 from $55) and Truist ($42 from $50)
** Truist, which rates IOT "hold', said it's encouraged by co's traction with large customers and strong new logo and expansion metrics, but cautions that "comps get tougher in FY26"
** Avg rating among 19 brokerages is "buy"
** With move on the session, stock down ~14% YTD after 31% rise in 2024
