IT之家 3 月 7 日消息，中国移动旗下芯片设计公司 —— 芯升科技有限公司（以下简称“中移芯升”）芯片产品 5g-A 蜂窝无源物联网芯片亮相 MWC 2025 世界移动通信大会。

IT之家注：5G-A 蜂窝无源物联网技术，能让终端设备无需外接电源或安装电池，仅依靠获取环境能量供能，便可实现通信，有望成为推动更广泛哑终端入网，开拓千亿级物联网连接规模的关键技术。

当前，5G-A 蜂窝物联网的标准正由 3GPP 组织制定，预计 2025 年底 R19 版本将正式确定，2026 年开启商用进程。

中移芯升此次展出的 5G-A 蜂窝物联网芯片型号为 CM5610-Alpha，支持当前 3GPP AIOT 提案版本通信标准（BPSK / ASK、曼彻斯特编码等），其接收灵敏度大幅优于传统无源技术。配合片内反射放大器，可将无源通信距离延长至 50 米以上，而接收态功耗仅在百微瓦左右。

2024 年，中移芯升帮助中国移动广西公司的 5G-A 无源物联网项目已顺利完成试点验证。
